How do I modify my order?

To cancel or modify your order, please kindly click here to contact our customer service team with your order number and name. We will try our best to help you cancel or modify your order as long as your order hasn’t been shipped out yet.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your orders by clicking on “Order Status” located at the upper right hand order. For orders shipped via FedEx, you may also track your order using the order tracking link provided to you via email on dispatch.

What currency is the price displayed in?

As we are an international e-commerce store catering to the worldwide audience, we offer multiple currency displays. Simply choose the currency of your choice from the top bar to convert all prices on our website to the currency you would like to shop in.

Absolutely free! We offer free worldwide shipping on all of our deals. However, if you wish to receive your goods faster, we also provide a FedEx shipping option for additional charges.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary from country to country. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email. As a reference, we ship from Hong Kong/China and it takes approximately 7-15 business days for deliveries to USA and Canada via regular airmail.

Can I extend the use of an expired coupon code?
